Cambridge: Standard & Poor's Reaffirms Long Term Credit Rating Of BBB-, Outlook Stable.
28 May 2015 18:21Cambridge Industrial Trust is pleased to announce that Standard & Poor's Ratings Services reaffirmed its "BBB-/Stable/--" long term credit rating of CIT. In its report dated 28 May 2015, S&P notes that the stable outlook factors in their expectation that CIT will maintain its business position, operate within its stated leverage range, debt-to-asset ratio of 30%-40%, and maintain its financial strength over the next 12-24 months...
