TSH Corporation Limited has on 3 August 2015 accepted the placement letter issued by Maybank Investment Bank Berhad, the placement agent of Hibiscus Petroleum Berhad, to subscribe for 18,500,000 new shares, representing approximately 1.96% of the existing issued share capital of the Issuer for a total consideration RM13,875,000, equivalent to approximately S$5,005,000.
