Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd.'s wholly-owned subsidiary, Plantation Resources Pte. Ltd. and Volcafe Pte. Ltd. have mutually cancelled and terminated the joint venture agreement in relation to the planting and production of lowland Robusta coffee within the Group's plantation land at the Maw Tin Estate in the Ayeyarwaddy Division of Myanmar.
