Sabana Shari'ah Compliant Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust wishes to announce that HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited, in its capacity as trustee, has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Adviva Distribution Pte. Ltd. in relation to the acquisition of the property located at 10 Changi South Street 2, Singapore 486596. The Property is a JTC leasehold estate of 30 + 27 years tenure commencing from 1 October 1994, with a remaining tenure of approximately 37 years.
