Ms Ng Bie Tjin @ Djuniarti Intan resigns as Finance Director to pursue other personal interests. For the purpose of handing over her duties and responsibilities, her last day of service with the Company shall be on 24 Feb 2015, or on any earlier date to be mutually agreed with the Board. On the last day of service, she will step down as a director of the Board.
