Olam: Issue Of JPY8 Billion 0.9825% Fixed Rate Senior Unsecured Notes Due 2022.

Olam International Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that it will be issuing JPY8,000,000,000 0.9825 per cent. fixed rate senior unsecured notes due 2022 via a private placement. The Notes will be issued under the US$5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by the Company on 06 July 2012 and last updated on 23 November 2016.
