Metech International Limited's subsidiary, Metech Recycling (Singapore) Pte Ltd and the Company's Executive Director, Mr Andrew Eng had on 26 September 2014 been served a writ of summons issued by New Tsingyi Pte Ltd alleging that the Company, MRS and Mr Andrew Eng had conspired to take over the business from the Plaintiff and unlawful interference with the business of the Plaintiff, depriving and causing loss to the Plaintiff. The Company has sought legal advice in respect of the Plaintiff's alleged claim and considers the alleged claim to be without merit.
